Vendors are the heartbeat of Flavor Fest, bringing together bold flavors, rich culture, and creative passion that make the festival unforgettable. Their dishes, products, and artistry turn our grounds into a vibrant marketplace of taste and inspiration.

✦ Food Vendors – Prepare and sell food items. Responsible for booth setup, food safety, and breakdown.
✦ Dessert & Beverage Vendors – Sell sweets, drinks, and specialty beverages (non-alcoholic. mo exceptions).
✦ Merchandise Vendors – Sell retail goods such as clothing, accessories, art, branded products & more.
✦ Sponsor / Brand Activation Vendors – Promote brands through interactive booths, giveaways, or experiences (sales optional).
✦ Nonprofit / Community Vendors – Share information, resources, and community initiatives (no or limited sales).

REQUIREMENTS
✦ Completed vendor application and approved acceptance
✦ Vendor fee paid by the stated deadline
✦ Bring own booth setup (tent, table, signage, power needs, etc., unless otherwise stated)
✦ Arrive on time for scheduled load-in and breakdown
✦ Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful booth environment
✦ No unauthorized items, substances, or activities
