  • ROLES

    ✦ Setup & Breakdown Crew – Assist with setting up tents, tables, chairs, and décor before the event and breaking everything down after.

    ✦ Vendor Assistance – Help vendors get checked in, escorted to their booth, and set up.

    ✦ Guest Services – Welcome guests, answer questions, and keep everyone informed.

    ✦ Kids Zone Crew – Help manage activities, games, and ensure safety for kids.

    ✦ Stage & Entertainment Support – Assist with performer check-ins and stage area flow.

    ✦ Bar & Beverage Support – Help with ID check lines, wristbands, and stocking (21+ only).

    ✦ Clean & Green Team – Keep the grounds tidy and ensure trash/recycling areas are maintained.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    ✦ Attend a short volunteer orientation before the event

    ✦ Arrive on time for your shift(s)

    ✦ Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
